How do I create my neon sign?

1) Go to our online customizer 

2) Choose The Desired Size For Your Sign

3) Write Your Custom Text!

4) Choose your font, sign color, dimmer & remote control option, backing, & intended usage for sign

5) Add your custom sign to the cart

6) From there a representative will be contacting you with rough sketches of your sing for final confirmation.

What if I want to bring an image to life?

If your desired sign cannot be created with our online customizer then fill out our upload an image forum. From there a representative will contact you back with pricing & rough sketches of your sign.

What options are offered for businesses?

We have a wholesale program established for our fellow business owners. We offer bulk discounts on multiple signs, don’t worry if only one sign is needed special business pricing is still offered. We also offer tax exemption for qualified customers

Will my custom neon sign be expensive to operate?

Our neon signs are made with LEDS, unlike older neon signs LEDS are energy efficient.

What are the signs made of?

All of your signs are made with a special LED flex neon tube, the backing of the sign is made of an acrylic board.

Are these neon signs safe for outdoor usage?

Our standard signs are safe for outdoor usage for only a small period of time such as a special event. We offer an outdoor upgrade which is meant for signs that are permanently outdoors & withstand all types of weather. The sign & accessories are water resistant.

How do I find the right size for my neon?

Sizing will depend on on a few factors such as wall dimensions, budget, & your own personal preference.

What is the backing of the sign made of?

Our standard signs are created on a clear backing, backboard shape depends on the sign type.

You have the option of choosing your backing type & color when purchasing a custom sign.

We do offer modifications for our standard signs so do not hesitate to reach out

How long does it take to receive my custom neon sign?

Once your order is place you can expect to receive your sign within 2 to 3 weeks. All of our packages require signature upon delivery.

If you need your sign sooner please reach out to support team, they will be able to give you an accurate time frame on your expedited shipment.

How do I hang my sign?

All signs come with pre-drilled holes & a mounting kit. Don’t worry screws cant be seen as there’s hardware that keeps it hidden
